Customer(s): Users who purchase or access Content.
Creator(s): Sales trainers or brands providing Content.
Content: Videos, text, images, and materials (excluding Live Content).
Account: Your subscription to the platform.
Access: Logging into your account.

Membership & Access

Annual Membership: Access for up to 12 months.
Lifetime Access: Access for 36 months up to 5 years.
Free Content: Limited to 3 months.
Live Content: Live sessions or events.
Subscription: Tiered access depending on package.
Single Purchases: Access Limited to 6 months

Coaching Sessions

1:1 sessions only unless agreed otherwise.
30 or 60 minutes duration.
Expire after 180 days.
Recordings remain property of makecoldcalls.com.

Subscription & Fees

You agree to pay all applicable fees.
Payments may be monthly, yearly, or otherwise.
Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled.
Fees may increase (CPI + 3%).
All payments are non-refundable.

BY CREATING A PAID ACCOUNT, YOU AUTHORISE CHARGES TO YOUR PAYMENT METHOD.

Cancellation

Cancel before renewal date (e.g. 6th if renewal is 7th).
Cancellation is immediate.
No refunds after cancellation.
Inactive accounts (12 months) may be discontinued.

Legal Compliance

You must comply with all applicable laws.
We may investigate violations and report to authorities.
Notify us of any unauthorised use.

General Terms

We may modify or discontinue the Service at any time.
We are not liable for interruptions or changes.
You are responsible for your account and password.
You may not share or resell access.

Email Marketing

By providing your email, you consent to receive marketing emails. You can unsubscribe at any time.

Refund Policy

ALL SALES ARE FINAL AND NON-REFUNDABLE.

Refunds may be issued at our discretion in cases of technical issues or unsatisfactory experience.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time if Terms are violated.

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee accuracy, availability, or results.

Liability

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless makecoldcalls.com and its affiliates from any claims or damages.

You may not reproduce or distribute content without permission.
